Introduction

Welcome to TeamLeaders.biz this is a project to make things a little less muddled, if you are a person that is interested in the business of working from home, to become as financially free of the state, as you can be, without breaking any laws or upsetting anyone. 

Maybe be you have been sacked from your job, are longterm unemployed or have an illness of some kind which means you can't get out of the house and network like others do in the off-line world - people with panic disorder, depression or social phobia are especially welcome as the web is a great alternative to staring at a blank wall for hours or hiding inside the TV set... 

...SO... call it a utopian / libertarian / crazy ladies dream if you like, but I think that people trapped indoors, for whatever reason, that have access to the web, can find ways to help each other earn money in the 'virtual' community and team building, is the key way I think it can eventually PAY to build communities.

Note- this site won't teach you how to be a sales person, very few websites on-line do, to be honest. I can point out some of the simple 'tricks of the trade' I see everywhere ALL the time on-line if that's what you want, but the main focus will show you how to set up your stall in the virtual marketplace using free or low cost services and will explain why on-line Teams are key to building on-line relationships, in my opinion!
